- The demonstration
The third door
Ask it something.Watch where it stops.
An agent answering the three questions a buyer asks in the first ten minutes of every call, and answering as a business from that business's own website.
The board below is scripted. It runs inside this page, reaches no network, and sends nothing anywhere. What is real about it is the shape: named sources on every answer, and a hand off to a person on anything it cannot ground.
The demonstration
Six questions, and one of your own.
Type a question, or paste a web address and watch it answer as that business. Every answer shows the sources it came from, and the last one shows what happens when there are none.
Scripted demonstration. It runs inside this page, reaches no network, and sends nothing anywhere.
Type anything the six buttons do not cover and the board will tell you it has nothing to ground the answer in, which is the same rule the working version follows and the most important thing on this page to see happen.
What you just used
What this board is,and what it is not.
What this board does
- Shows the answer surface, workingThe trace, the sources, the answer, and the note about what the source did not cover. That is the real interface.
- Shows the grounding ruleEvery answer names where it came from, and the last chip on a failed match says no source matched rather than hiding it.
- Shows the hand offAsk it something outside the set and it says it has nothing to ground the answer in, and stops. That is the behaviour, not a fallback.
- Runs with no networkIt is a fixed set of examples inside this page. Nothing you type is sent anywhere, stored, or read by anybody.
- Works with the keyboardTab to the field, type, press enter. The trace and the answer are announced rather than only animated.
What it does not do
- It does not read your websitePaste an address and it says so plainly, then shows what the working version produces against a sample business instead.
- It does not call a modelThere is no model behind this board. The answers are written, which is why they are always the same.
- It does not book anythingNot a meeting, not a record, not a confirmation. The live version finishes work; this one demonstrates the surface it finishes it on.
- It does not email you a transcriptBecause it collects nothing. The live version does, and that is one of the differences below rather than something implied here.
- It is not the productIt is the shape of one screen of it. The product is a build, and the drawing of the whole thing is on the agentic operating systems page.
Honest scaffolding is worth more than a convincing mock, and it is worth more for a specific reason: the thing this company sells is a system that says what it cannot do. A demonstration that pretended to read your website would be a working example of the failure it exists to argue against.
The live version
Three doors, and what each is waiting on.
The version that answers out loud is designed in full and is not open. What it is waiting on is published here rather than described as coming soon, because a date nobody has set is not a date.
Talk in the browser
Three minutes, no phone number and no form. It says it is automated in its first sentence, and it ends by offering to email you the transcript.
Waiting on an adversarial test it has to pass before launch: it cannot be made to claim HUREAL has clients, to quote a price, or to claim to be a person. And on a named owner for something that answers strangers around the clock.
Call a real Canadian number
For a visitor who will not turn on a browser microphone, and for demonstrating it from a phone in a room with other people in it.
Waiting on a real Canadian address, because a Canadian number needs a Canadian presence. It is the single most consequential unresolved item on this site, and it gates four other things besides this one.
Try it on your own site
You give it an address, it reads that site's public pages, grounds itself in that content only, and answers as that business for three minutes. Then it emails you the transcript, a summary, and one specific checkable observation about your own site.
Waiting on the same test as door one. The board at the top of this page is the scripted version of exactly this door, which is why it is the one that carries the example.
Why the third door is the one that matters. A stranger receives a specific, correct, free observation about their own website a minute after a call they did not have to book: that the pages never stated business hours, or never stated a service area, which is the first thing a caller asks. That is a demonstration of judgement rather than a demonstration of a voice, and it is the part worth waiting to get right.
The rules
Six thingsit may never do.
Written before it was built rather than after something went wrong. They are the same class of limit that goes into a client's build, which is the point: the demonstration is governed the way the work is governed.
What the demonstration may never do
- Never claim to be a person. It states that it is HUREAL's automated demonstration in its first sentence, every time, including when asked directly.
- Never claim HUREAL has clients, case studies, certifications or results. A model asked a direct question will invent a client, and that is the specific adversarial test that gates launch.
- Never state a price, a timeline or a commitment on HUREAL's behalf, including for the modules.
- Never assert a fact about your business that it did not read on the page it fetched. Anything it cannot ground goes to a person, and it says so.
- Never give medical, legal, financial or safety advice, in any framing, including a hypothetical one.
- Never record without saying so. Transcript only. No audio is retained.
| Control | Setting |
|---|---|
| Call length | A hard cap of three minutes, enforced on the server, with a spoken warning thirty seconds before the end. |
| Per visitor | One call per session, and a small daily limit per address and per domain, so the demonstration cannot be used as free infrastructure. |
| Disclosure | It says it is automated in its first sentence. This is a design default rather than a setting somebody can turn off. |
| Recording | Transcript only, and it tells you before it starts. No audio is retained. |
| Pasted addresses | Text only, treated as data and never as instruction, with scripts stripped and a blocklist honoured. |
| When the line is full | A real message and an email path, never a silent drop and never a queue that pretends to be a call. |
| Off switch | One flag and one file, either of which disables it with no deploy. The page then shows a recorded sample and the two actions. |
| Spend | Every call records its own cost, and a daily and monthly ceiling disables it automatically at the limit. The figures are published on how this site is built, with the rest of this site's measured behaviour, so there is one place they can be edited. |

The agent modules
The three things this becomes when it is sold: Follow-Up, Front Desk and Site Answer, with what each one covers, the one question that decides whether HUREAL sells it to you, and the two things we will not sell at all.

Agentic Operating Systems
This board is one screen. The service is the whole drawing: ten steps, one of them yours, with the gate as the largest object in it. If the demonstration made sense, that page is what it is a corner of.
Agentic Operating Systems -
How this site is built
This site's own measured speed, accessibility results, structured data and crawler readability, published and re checkable by you, along with this demonstration's operating numbers once it is running.
How this site is built
Two doors
Two ways to start. Both end with a document you own.
Book a discovery call
For when you know which process is costing you. A discovery call with the people who own the outcome, then a written proposal with a scope, a price and a timeline you can sign or walk away from.
Book a discovery callRequest a performance audit
For when you want the evidence before the decision. Twelve dimensions run against what you have and against two comparable companies in your market, with the arithmetic attached.
Request a performance auditKnow what you are building? Book a discovery call. Not sure where the problem is? Request the audit. If neither is right for you, we will say so, and tell you what is.
What every HUREAL engagement commits to, in writing
- A fixed scope, price and timeline, agreed before any code is written.
- A working build, reviewed at every phase, running in your own accounts.
- Full ownership of the code, the content and the data, with admin access from day one.
- A named contact who is accountable for the work.

It says what it cannot do.
