Everything we build
Eight services,each one in full.
Every one has its own page, with what is included, how it works, what it connects to, and what you end up with. Nothing here is a bullet underneath something else.
Whichever of the eight you start with, the first thing you receive is a scope, a price, and a timeline, in writing, before any code.
Know what you are building? Book a discovery call. Not sure where the problem is? Request the audit.

How the eight are grouped
Three jobs.Eight ways to do them.
The grouping is not a taxonomy, it is the order most companies buy in. Almost nobody starts in the third group, and almost everybody ends there.
Build the front door
The surfaces a customer meets: the website, the store, and the thing they carry in a pocket. Websites and Platforms, E-commerce and Marketplaces, and Mobile Products sit here. The work is judged on whether a stranger can decide, and on what happens to the inquiry afterwards.
Build the machine
The systems behind the door, where the cost actually is. Web Applications and Portals, Integrations and Data, and Agentic Operating Systems sit here. The work is judged on how much of a process stops needing a person, and on where the line is drawn that keeps one.
Be found, and keep improving
Search and AI Visibility, and Care and Optimization. Both are continuous rather than finished, both are measured monthly in writing, and both are cancellable. This is the group that decides whether the first two were worth building.
The eight
What you can buy,in plain nouns.
One line each. The page behind each one runs to the whole argument: what it is, who it is not for, what it includes, how it works, what it connects to, and what it costs to change later.
-

Websites and Platforms
The public face of the company, and the system that catches what it brings in. Every inquiry arrives as a record with its history attached.
Websites and Platforms -

E-commerce and Marketplaces
Selling, subscribing and reordering, running without a person in the loop. Catalogue, checkout, taxes, shipping and returns, designed on the phone first.
E-commerce and Marketplaces -

Web Applications and Portals
The process out of the spreadsheet, and customers answering themselves at nine at night. One screen per audience, pulled from the systems you already run.
Web Applications and Portals -

Mobile Products
One action people take often, made easier on the thing they already carry. Consumer apps, ordering apps, and the tool a crew uses all day with no signal.
Mobile Products -

Integrations and Data
Every system you own telling the others the truth, with nobody in the middle. Which system owns which field is agreed and written down before anything is connected.
Integrations and Data -

Agentic Operating Systems
Work that arrives finished, inside limits you set, with a person on every decision that matters. The output is not an answer, it is completed work and a record of how it got completed.
Agentic Operating Systems -

Search and AI Visibility
Found on Google, quoted as the answer, and named when a buyer asks an assistant. Measured monthly, including who gets named instead of you.
Search and AI Visibility -

Care and Optimization
A system that gets better every month, on an arrangement you can stop. Monitoring, a small number of changes done properly, and a written report of what it produced.
Care and Optimization
Most engagements start with one. They are built to connect, so the second costs less than the first.
The connection work is the part that is usually paid for twice: once when the first system is built without it, and again when the second one has to reach into it. Building the second against a system that already has a door is cheaper than building the door afterwards, and that saving is the reason the eight are one catalogue rather than eight departments.
If you arrived with a symptom
Nine situations,in the words people use.
Nobody wakes up wanting an integration. They wake up because somebody retypes an order number into a second screen every morning. The router is the same eight pages reached from the other end.
Start from what is happening rather than from what it is called. Nine sentences a visitor would say about their own week, each one going to the service that answers it, and two of them going somewhere smaller than a build.
Start hereWhat does not change between them
One method, one pricing rule, one owner.
Eight services, and three things that are identical across all of them. Each one is published, which means each one is something you can hold us to before you hire us.
One method, published phase by phase
Strategy, design, build, launch, run. Five phases, three facts under each, the gate at the end of every one, and the fourteen checks a build passes before it goes live, listed by name rather than summarised as quality assurance. Read the whole method.
One pricing rule, and its refusal
A price for everything that has a fixed scope, and no band at all for anything that does not. The page publishes both halves, including what the refusal costs us. How we price.
One accountable person
The person who scopes your project is the person accountable for it, and they are named in the scope rather than introduced later. The founding team leads the work and an AI workforce does much of the execution. About HUREAL.
What moves the price of a build: how many systems it connects to, how many languages are written natively, whether customers log in, and whether anything has to be migrated. What does not move it: how many pages you want.
The other axis
Five sectors, and what each one buys first.
The service pages describe the work. The industry pages describe the week it lands in, with a worked scenario and the arithmetic shown. A reader who knows their trade better than their software usually starts there.
Five sectors, and the reason in each
-
Construction and trades
The quote goes out and then it needs somebody to remember it. Chasing is the most expensive thing a busy trades office forgets to do.
-
Manufacturing and distribution
Order status, stock and account pricing are three systems and one phone call. The call is the part that can go, and the account price is the part that stays behind a gate.
-
Professional services
Intake is a person reading an email and deciding whose it is. Those rules are usually already written down, which is what makes them buildable.
-
Real estate and property
Listings, documents, viewings and statements, each living in a different place, and a tenant or a buyer who has to phone to reach any of them.
-
Healthcare and clinics
Named here with a limit rather than a pitch. HUREAL does not yet put a voice agent in a clinic, and the sector page says why before it says anything else.
Two other ways in
The demonstration answers a question in this browser, from a business's own website, with no form and no booking. It is the only thing on the site you experience rather than read.
Every article is filed under the service it belongs to, so a reader who wants depth on one of the eight has one index rather than a tag cloud.
Questions about the list
Questions peopleask about the eight.
-
Which one of the eight do we need?
Usually the one that matches the sentence you would use to describe the problem, and the router at start here is the fastest way to find it. If two of them fit, the honest answer is normally the smaller one first, because the second is cheaper once the first exists.
-
Can we buy more than one?
Yes, and most engagements end up spanning two. They are built to connect, so the second costs less than the first: the accounts, the data model, the connections and the review rhythm already exist. Each one still gets its own scope, its own price and its own date.
-
What if the thing we want is not on this list?
Say so and you will get a direct answer. Some of what people ask for sits inside one of the eight under a different name, some of it is a sub service with its own page, and some of it is genuinely not something HUREAL builds. The third answer is given as readily as the first two.
-
What does a build cost?
The build price is set after the discovery call and sent in a written proposal, because an honest number needs the scope. Every price, including the agent modules and the run arrangement, is given in the signed scope rather than printed on a page. How we price explains how the number is set.
-
Do you work on something you did not build?
Yes. That is what the performance audit is for, and improvement work on an existing system is a normal engagement. Where the honest answer is that rebuilding costs less than repairing, you get the arithmetic rather than the assertion.
-
What if we already have a developer or an agency?
Keep them. HUREAL works alongside in house and external teams, and who owns what is written down so nothing sits in the gap. The usual shape is that we are brought in for the platform, the connections and the measurement.
-
Who owns what we pay for?
You do, from the first commit rather than from handover. The build runs in your own cloud accounts under your admin access, developer and platform accounts are opened in your name, and we do not hold your passwords. If you stop working with us, nothing has to be handed back.
-
What if the right answer is smaller than what we asked about?
Then that is the answer you get, and we will build the smaller thing. Every one of the eight pages carries a section naming who it is not for, in the same type as the section naming who it is for, and those sections are written to actually disqualify a fit.
Two doors
Two ways to start. Both end with a document you own.
Book a discovery call
For when you know you are building something, or you know which process is costing you. A discovery call with the people who own the outcome. Afterwards you get a written proposal: a scope, a price, and a timeline you can sign or walk away from.
Book a discovery callRequest a performance audit
For when you want the evidence before the decision. Twelve dimensions, run against what you have and against two comparable companies in your market, with a prioritised plan and the arithmetic attached.
Request a performance auditKnow what you are building? Book a discovery call. Not sure where the problem is? Request the audit. If neither is right for you, we will say so, and tell you what is.
Not ready for either? The demonstration runs in this browser and answers the questions a buyer asks in the first ten minutes of a call. No form and no booking.
Hear it workWhat every HUREAL engagement commits to, in writing
- A fixed scope, price and timeline, agreed before any code is written.
- A working build, reviewed at every phase, running in your own accounts.
- Full ownership of the code, the content and the data, with admin access from day one.
- A named contact who is accountable for the work.

Software you own from day one.
