Connected Operations

Connect the systemsyour business already depends on.

CRM, ERP, accounting, email, e-commerce, and the industry system that runs your trade, connected so information moves on its own and nobody is the bridge between two screens.

What the system doesWhat your business already runsWhat stays with a person

System map. Customers and employees reach an agent layer. The agent layer understands requests, finds records, retrieves approved knowledge, drafts, acts and logs every step, reading and writing through the business's own CRM, ERP, accounting, email, calendar, documents, databases and industry systems. When it matters, a person approves: quotes and pricing exceptions, sensitive replies, anything published outside, and anything that cannot be undone.

Every system tellingthe others the truth.

Records move between systems without a person in the middle. When a connection fails, it retries, queues, and alerts a named person, and there is a record of what moved and when.

  • “Somebody retypes every order into a second system.”

  • “The CRM and the accounting package disagree about the same customer.”

  • “A spreadsheet is what connects two of our systems.”

Illustrative sync record with sample data: one customer as the CRM and the accounting package hold it. Where they disagreed, the system that owns each field wins; the billing address came from the CRM, the payment terms from accounting, and a missing tax number went to a named person.

What we build here.

  • System integrations

Your CRM, ERP, payments, booking, and accounting connected, with the direction of truth agreed: which system owns which field.

  • Workflow automation

Steps that run when something happens: a new order, a signed form, a late payment. Where a process is one stable rule, this is the right answer, and it costs less than anything smarter.

  • Data synchronization

Records kept in step across systems, with retries, a queue, and an alert to a named person when something fails.

Every connection is checked by name during scoping and confirmed in writing before you sign. Where a system cannot be connected, you hear it before the build, and the scope is drawn around it.
